Wood Sage ‘Teucrium scorodonia’

From £1.50

A good woodland subject with lovely crinkly, light green leaves and greenish-yellow flowers with prominent maroon stamens. Also known as Woodland Germander, it likes sandy soils in woodlands and acid heaths. Wood sage has very little scent and its now a very good cooking herb. Bees, wasps, beetles and butterflies all feed from Wood Sage.
