Carpets of bright yellow, buttercup-like flowers in late January and February surrounded by ruffs of fresh green leaves. Winter Aconites like to be planted in sunny or partial shade and they thrive in moist, well drained soil, adding a little garden compost or manure also helps.
Plant about 5cm (2 inches) down and the same apart, soaking in water before hand is also beneficial.
Grow to 5 – 10cm in height. Glossy leaves and yellow chalice-shaped flowers.
If your bulbs are not ready until February, all bulbs will be sent together then.
Bulbs in the green – available until the end of March, however some remaining available also into April.
